We created our brand from a simple belief: what we wear every day should support our health, not work against it.

Activewear has become a daily uniform for many women, yet most pieces are made from synthetic fabrics and chemical finishes that sit directly on the skin for hours at a time. After learning more about the impact environmental exposures can have on hormone balance and overall wellbeing, we felt there had to be a better option.

Our mission is to create modern, elevated activewear using more consciously chosen fabrics and thoughtful design. Each piece is created with women’s health, comfort, and movement in mind offering an alternative for women who want to feel confident and safe in what they wear, both inside and out.
